HVAC for Condominiums
HVAC in a condominium setting may be a little more complicated than HVAC for a house. Many condominiums use a centralized basement cooling and heating system but others have independant units for each condominium. In this situation it will use rooftop units in the majority of cases.
However rooftop units are not the only configuration to be found.
If your high rise condo has 6 or more floors, you will probably use a centralized HVAC system. This means a single mechanical room in the building to house all large heating and air conditioning components.
These systems tend to be very complex to install, repair and maintain because they have to deliver customizable heating and cooling control to each zone in the building.
However House Depot can handle jobs of either size, our technicians are familiar with both residential and commercial HVAC.
